This standalone mountain home features an open-concept great room, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, and four bedroom suites, making it ideal for families, groups, and couples. Guests enjoy exclusive access to a wide variety of Eagles Nest amenities—including playgrounds, sports courts, hiking trails, concerts, and a winery—while relaxing in the comfort of a luxurious home. Please note that some community features are seasonal or member-only, and Eagles Nest is an active development with possible construction nearby during the day.

  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

  • While enjoying your stay at this home, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include:
    • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store
    • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
    • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Frisbee Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
    • Vineyard: Food and Wine served. Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p. Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Policies and Rules

  • This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions.
  • Host is not responsible for items left in the home.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit Off Road Adventures website.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.

Fees and Payments

  • All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the luxurious amenities.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • Though the driveway is level, 4WD may be required to enter the community in times of snow or ice, and chains may also be necessary. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • All linens and towels provided.
  • Well stocked kitchen with all utensils needed to cook meals.
  • There is a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • There is a built-in gate at the top of the loft for added safety.

Construction and Community Notices

  • Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.

Cancellation Policy

  • CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
